The cutting fluid regenerator is specially designed for removing pollutants from various cutting fluids,adopted high speed centrifugal separation technology. The design is compact and reasonable, and the small trolley is convenient and quick to move in the workshop. Through PLC programmable controller and human-machine interaction interface,everyone can quickly learn how to operate and maintain.

Because the cutting fluid regenerator operates in a bypass mode, the coolant can be purified either in production or in shutdown. It can simultaneously remove contaminants such as oil, grease, metal particles and other forms of solid particles from the coolant with a precision of 5 μm.

Application

Purification and separation of various cutting fluids and emulsifiers from NC lathes, CNC machining centers, IT industries, automotive parts and components industries to achieve recycling effect.
